Shipping policy

We offer international shipping to the United States of America and some European countries from Japan. If you live in a country other than those counties and are interested in our products, please contact us. we will respond individually.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive the shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (except products that require a separate quote) We deliver the items by Japan Post or Fedex. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week after you receive a shipment confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number.

Shipment that requires a separate quote

We usually ship heavy products such as stone lanterns and tsukubai by sea freight from Japan. Please contact us if you are considering purchasing, as a separate quote is required. We will make an individual quotation once we receive the necessary information for the quotation. It takes about 3 months for the purchased products to arrive at the port in the United States or at your home. (Normally, it will be delivered at the port.) If you would like air freight service, we will also accept a separate quote.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company, or when you collect item.
Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
